| Matt Bates | 5.0 | Collision Leaders of GV did a superb job. I treated myself to a polyurethane rear bumper for my car several months ago and had these guys do the paint work last week. From start to finish they did a really great job. The lady at the desk was super friendly, and very clear.
Once I brought the bumper in, they took close up digital scans with their digital paint scanner from my rear quarters and then they took the bumper. Got a call a couple of days later telling me it was ready. They went above and beyond, they did additional prep such as a quick sand and prime. They filled all the gaps from the original manufacturing process. It looked entirely consistent, the clear coat was flawless. Absolutley no orange peeling, and no missed sections or marks. They even helped me load it in my car (I wanted to fit and install it).
Now that I've installed it on my car, I can really see just how nicely matched the paint is. It looks flawless to my eyes, and blends nicely. I will definitely be using these guys my future paint business needs |

Once the work was begun they gave me a timeline and stuck by the timeline. The gentleman who gave me the estimate explained everything they would do. Once all the insurance was cleared I received a call and a time to bring my car in was set-up. The completed work was amazing. The paint matched perfectly, the car was cleaned for presentation and shared what all they did after I got there. It had been so long since we had seen it put back together correctly that we had forgotten what it specifically looked like before the accident. Then the following week I was rearended in a different vehicle we own and even though my vehicle was totaled out they guided me through the process. If you want honest, friendly, timely responsive and that hometown feel service (If you know, you know. If you don't, then you will be pleasantly surprised when you get that service here!) this is the place to go!!!

Someone backed into my car in a parking lot while I was passing through the city on my way home to Maryland, and I showed up frustrated and agitated. The fender was bent over the wheel, causing a terrible scraping sound and making it impossible to drive on the highway. I was sure I’d be stuck overnight while they ordered the part, but the gentlemen here took one look at it and within half an hour (!) they had bumped the dent out, refastened the fender, and I was back on the highway. Everyone here was beyond patient with me (especially the office manager who calmed me down with a lot of sympathy and offers of coffee) and I am more than grateful for the wonderful service I received. Thank you guys!!! |
