| David Mogler |  5.0 | I had a repair done here a few years ago (2022). My Jeep windshield was cracked and body had dents in it from vandalism. The guy at the front desk had excellent customer service and was good about calling me and keeping me updated on where things were at during repair. You don't always get that. The dents had been fixed and windshield replaced. It looked good as new. On the day of pickup there was some issues with one of my turn signal lights and I informed them before leaving (that wasn't there before repair). This was around may be 15 to 20 minutes of closing time and they still went and replaced my light with a temporary and while it wasn't a permanent solution, I appreciated that they went back and corrected the problem on such short notice. I honestly believe that it happened because they have so many vehicles to get through. I was pleased with the service and how I was treated. I would recommend. |

It didnt take them long at all to have my car good as new, they even detailed the whole thing! They was good about keeping me updated & I called a few times since I was stranded lol. Apparently its a nationwide shortage on rental cars which was my luck We couldn't pick up durung business hours due to the distance from home, and they arranged for us to pay our deductible over the phone which was super convenient and arranged for us to pick-up my vehicle after hour's. All in all they went above and beyond |

They worked with my insurance regarding a rental car and getting my car fixed after hitting a deer. I just picked up my car and it’s perfect. Everything is fixed and it’s spotless, inside and out. | Aubrey Staton |  2.0 | I was pretty disappointed with my experience overall. They did do the estimate very quickly, but that did not make up for what my vehicle looked like when i got it back. I had hit a deer and needed a front fender and both doors. I was told they could fix my hood as it had a minor dent in it. When i got my car back the paint job was awful. Orange peel affect. (Google it) The trim that needed replaced on the bottom of my doors had been gouged several times with what looks to be a trim tool. I was charged for undercoat paint on my hood and it was never painted underneath where it was dented. My tail light mysteriously cracked and i had a new 5-6 inch scratch on my back bumper. I called the shop to have them come get my car and fix it. They told me that they would replace the trim and said that some cars have textured paint but they will do more buffing on the paint issue. (I don’t think a car is supposed to have two different textures based on which side of it you are looking at) They also said that they probably just missed the cracked taillight when they did the estimate. They got a new taillight but charged it to my insurance, “ buffed” the car, and buffed out the scratch. The paint job still looks awful. I hate to leave a bad review, but my cars value will never be the same. |

They helped me out when my vehicle had a mechanical issue in July...no appointment, not expected and they came right out to see what they could do and helped me with information as to where to go and helped get in touch, when the other guy wasn't answering my calls. When my ride arrived, they kept the key for the tow truck and allowed me to leave, while my vehicle sat in the middle of their parking area. They're pretty understanding people đź‘Ť. |
