| Haley Clark | 1.0 | Absolutely horrible, after a collision they kept the car for well over a month giving us different dates it would be done and kept pushing and pushing it back going oopsie!, after receiving the car back the left headlight (which they “fixed”) has gone out at least 5 times from them not properly connecting it we take it back to them and it just keeps happening so now we’re having to pay money to get somebody that is actually competent to fix it so thank you max motors collision for making my life hard and ruining numerous trips and wondering if I’m going to get a ticket for you not knowing how to fix cars :) this has been going on for a year now and I give up this is the last place I would ever recommend you could probably get your car fixed better by a 5 year old with a hammer |

I will say it did take a little longer than expected but that was because they had to wait for parts to come in, so it wasn’t their fault at all. They completed the repairs faster than other shops told me it would take. My car looks better than it did when I bought it brand new. I cold tell the shop was closed, all of the employees were gone except one, Isaac, the Production Manager, he stayed late to finish up my vehicle. Normally, if you show up at quitting time people will not help you however, he stayed on a Friday after close to make sure I was able to get my vehicle and I was happy with it. I was pleased with the Customer Service I was given. |

Addendum: the explanation for mileage was they just took the mileage from the insurance inspection and didn't actually read the odometer when they started working on it. Kinda leaving yourselves open for legal problems if customers don't take their word for that!
Still not pleased with my experience and I bought the car from Max Motors in Nevada! What a difference. |

| Jessica Wheale | 1.0 | My husbands truck was side swiped this summer, KC colors couldn't get us in very quickly so we went with max motors since they were a direct shop with the other drivers insurance. First they put a scratched up mirror on our drivers side with an after market blind spot finder that was in a fire, second they threw away a bumper piece that was in perfect condition in our truck bed, third they marred up our passenger side and the manager had the nerve to argue with me regarding the marred paint. They corrected the passenger side when I threatened with this bad review. When my husband went to drive the truck off the lot he noticed our tailgate wiring was screwed up, we spent a fair amount of time bypassing a bad connection last year and I had the pleasure of fixing what max motors screwed up after we got it home (my husbands colorblind). I was so upset I was willing to wait a month for KC colors to touch my car after I hit a deer last month, I have absolutely no anxiety about getting a perfect repair from them after talking to the owner. My husbands work just closed their account after a wiring issue they had with max motors and now ALL of their work goes to Louisburg. They never did return the bumper piece to us, they said it was in dumpster and they could dig it out, valued at $200. They also claimed the rotors we bought were bad and we needed to return to oem rotors to avoid lug issues, we haven't had a single issue with our lugs or rotors since we got the truck home (we know another 2010 truck with the same rotors, no trouble). We have also been informed that our truck bed integrity has been compromised since the accident and repair.
We will never take a vehicle there for any service or repair, we will never recommend them to anyone, we will never even buy a vehicle there. |

Took a vehicle in for repairs from an accident and it took Max Motors Collision in all, 3 months to repair and finally return the vehicle. After not completing all repairs the first time, they promised to get it all done and pay for the rental car. We finally got the car back and when they returned the rental, not sure where the mix up was, but we got charged for the rental car. Contacted Max Motors Collision to get the money back and that was another fight. I have reached out to the GM of one of the Max Motors locations, and I guess they don't care about the customers concerns as I have never rec'd a call back. I have done a lot of business with Max Motors and will not ever again. I have never been treated as poorly with any other organization as I have been with Max Motors. Think twice about going to Max Motors collision... |

The 9th the vehicle was to be picked up with the work complete. I had to contact the insurance company because they did not do the job. The 15th second time I was called to pick it up do to repairs complete. The vehicle is still not completed.There are scratches in multiple places in the car the rear wheel still not been replaced. The repairs have not been done. I had to reach out to insurance again because the keep charging more and more to them and nothing getting completed. We have been in a rental for a month now that I'm going to have to reach out to legal on because they won't assist with it as well but they cannot do their job. They won't own up to their mistakes either. I have reached out for a direct supervisor to contact and fix the vehicle and make good on the rental car that they are going to pay for once the repairs are completed. |

I had just been up there getting my car serviced on Thursday and Friday my car died at the gas station just down the road from Max. Thinking it was maybe something with the computer since the did some reprogramming, I called to see if there was something I could do that they could tell me over the phone. Thinking it was just a dead battery, Nathan grabbed a quick jump battery charger and drove out to my car and got it running so that I could drive it back to Max. He was so helpful that he turned a stressful situation, into an easy one. Ford needs more people like him!!
