I asked for another reasonable accommodation of a partial refund and she started talking about that would be insurance fraud Which, if I found someone cheaper to fix my vehicle and the insurance company already disbursed me out of payment and I found someone to do my vehicle for cheaper that’s not insurance fraud so for her to even say that is that very rude and disrespectful to me considering the fact all the stress I’ve gone through with my vehicle these past several weeks with it being the holidays and everything thanks so much |

Even when the vehicle wasn’t going to be ready when promised due to a late part arrival, the communication was still there, I get it things happen. Then there is a fault code on the head unit, I gave the code I had and it is reported that it wouldn’t work. So on Monday I show up to see what’s going on. I enter the code on the head unit and it works. However, the vehicle is still in anti-theft mode. For two days I’m trying to get information from Honda on how to get the anti-theft mode removed. On Tuesday I show up again trying to figure out why the vehicle won’t run. As I’m walking the vehicle I find that the right rear bumper wasn’t fixed and I’m told it wasn’t noticed at the time of the estimate, that State Farm would have to approve the repair that was clearly in pictures on file, yet missed. The “technician” who was working on the vehicle goes over with me about the things he has checked. I specifically asked him if he checked the fuses under the dash, and he replied “I checked every fuse four times”. In my mind I figured okay good enough. Three more days pass, to the point of them replacing the starter button, and almost having the vehicle towed to Honda in Lee’s Summit, MO. They find a fuse under the dash was blown. No surprise it runs. They wanted the vehicle out of their garage so bad that they delivered it to my home. To honest a nice gesture. Now after inspection; I found that the subwoofer wires were reversed causing the subwoofer to shut down, and the right rear tire has been painted. I wasn’t going to make any review simply because there were a lot of issues that just seemed to happen. Yet after seeing the tire with paint over spray, that’s just poor quality control. Which in after thought could just be the overall problem. |

I was delighted that the Collision Leaders location near my home could get my car in within a couple weeks. They actually have another location that was not as busy and so they offered to come pick my car up and get started on it right away! They regularly updated me on the progress and when they estimated the work to be completed. As they were wrapping things up, they knew that I would have some issues being able to pick the car up and offered to deliver the car right to my home.
