A service I certainly wasn’t expecting, but it allowed me not to inconvenience any of my friends. Hugely appreciated and Marcy is just a really professional/competent/genuinely NICE person to deal with. Probably one of the best overall experiences I’ve had in the service sector. My Jeep was repaired perfectly and on time. Also liked that they have a system that updated me on status of completion date.

Honestly, the people over there at the odessa shop did an amazing job with the repairs on my vehicle after hitting a deer. You couldn't even tell it was ever hit. So far, I have no issues or complaints with anything thats wrong after the repair. The manager there named Kody was excellent to work with in getting a good pricing/rate, as well as kept great communication. I would recommend them 10/10. |

When dropped it off, no other issues other than dent in hood. When I picked it up, entire dash cluster lights were going crazy, they tried for an hour that night to correct it and said they could not. I ended up taking it to Honda dealership to get it fixed correctly. Did not feel comfortable having them work on my car again, figured at the rate they were going, would have exhaust issues after they working on instrument panel. Would not recommend them, car was done ahead of schedule and it shows in paint quality and other issues that developed while car was there. Would have them rather took their time and done a far better job.

Over the years they have repaired at least 10 vehicles for use, including some that were almost new, and the repairs are always perfect. They repaired my '04 Corvette at least 10 years ago, which has a paint job that has the clear coat tinted from the factory (instead of it being clear like on most paint jobs) and even after 10 years I can't tell which panels were painted and which were not. |
