I do understand that them waiting for parts is outside their control but I would have much preferred them ordering parts and then giving the vehicle back until the parts came in...
This was self pay so we didn't have a rental like we would have had through insurance and since the vehicle was drivable being without it for over 2 weeks for a scheduled repair didn't make us happy
Not saying that I would not take a vehicle here again but probably not working with self pay... |

As you can see I already had a small rust spot above the tire but after receiving my vehicle back from collision leaders I had a new 1/2 inch paint chip on top of the rust. You can tell it’s new because it’s white and the original rust spot is orange. Weather this was done on accident or not you would think a body shop would know not to wash a rust spot with a power washer.
Also since they did not fix everything related to the insurance claim insurance had me take my vehicle somewhere else to be fixed
I have added the photos that collision leaders took during the repairs. They took off my wheel well cover and put a big chip in my paint when putting it back on and didn’t care to admit to their mistake |

Update on my truck. You said you'd total my truck. And you said you wouldn't fix it. Well looky here a kind caring man fixed my truck like brand new. Thanks to Jacob Arnold's body shop in Sedalia,Mo. His crew did a fantastic job and I'm so happy. And my daddy in Heaven is smiling down on me. He bought this truck for me in 2012 before he passed away. He was a great father and Mr. Arnold is a great man. Shows me there is still a few kind people in the world.
Also you did not tell me places to go take it else where. State farm gave me the places. And I chose Arnold's body shop. And my truck is very safe to drive. |

| Terri White | 2.0 | We're brought our truck in after hitting a deer and it took 3 1/2 to 4 weeks before we got it back you were unable to get the lock undone were the spare is from under thuck and had to cut it off then when we picked it up the truck wouldn't shift you had is take it to Rick Ball Ford to have them look at it because you were sure it was something we done to the truck after Rick Ball looked at it they found where a transmission cooler hose was not put back on we paid Rick Ball and was informed by our insurance that it was Collision Leaders fault and were told to take the bill to Collision Leaders for reimbursement doing that it took them another 3 weeks to get us back or money and we didn't recieve it all they paid back only partial needles to say we aren't happy with the service we got they still owe us $3.20 |
