Instead of sending me around for estimates like most shops would, Chris immediately stopped what he was doing (in the middle of another repair) and brought my vehicle in.

However, the installed bumper did not fit properly, resulting in it becoming dislodged and causing paint damage under the trunk. Despite two attempts to rectify the issue, the problems persisted. A third repair involved procuring an OEM bumper, acknowledging the initial use of a non-OEM product. Unfortunately, this bumper also exhibited rubbing issues. We contacted them this week, and they purportedly resolved the problem. Regrettably, the vehicle was returned with paint still rubbed off and no explanation for the cause of the issue. If you desire a proper repair, I recommend exploring alternative body shop options. |

He explained every detail without frustration, he was the most down to earth, eager to help person I have met in a really long time. The estimate could have been long and awkward especially since I am not much of a talker, but Chris kept the conversation going the whole time. He asked probing questions and never made me feel like I was an inconvenience or that he had hundred other things that he needed to get done. He even gave me some tips on how to repair other parts of my vehicle that were messed up but not part of the repair. If you are looking for a great place to get body & paint repair done, by a company that cares about you as a customer vs seeing you just as a number. Then I highly recommend Collision Leaders in Warrensburg, MO. The 45 minute drive was well worth my time.

When I was involved in a recent minor accident that damaged the right front fender of my car, I took the car to them on the advice of my American Family agent. A member of their staff took photos of the damage and did a preliminary estimate for me--preliminary since some damage could not be seen until the damaged parts were removed from the car. The company sent me phone texts when the repairs began and then continued to text me progress reports, which finally ended when the repairs were completed. The car was returned to "like new" condition in terms of the body work. Just as important, however, all of the electronic sensors and safety systems were scanned to check for their reliability. Some of the systems needed to be reprogrammed as a result of the repairs, a service Collision Leaders arranged from an outside contractor. After the car was thoroughly checked out, the company washed and detailed it before I picked it up. When I arrived to get the car, one of their technicians went over the repair bill with me to explain what they had done. I neglected to mention that the company also gave me a ride to and from the local rental agency so I could pick up and then return a rental car. After arriving home, I checked all of the car's settings and electrical accessories. I could not find a single item that was malfunctioning. They even preserved my radio settings and the car's system for opening my garage door. In short, I was impressed and extremely grateful the repairs had been accomplished in such a thorough, professional manner. As a final touch, the young women who were the office professionals were efficient and courteous in my interactions with them. If your automobile is unfortunately damaged in some way, give Collision Leaders a call. The repairs will be done correctly. |

I then went to Collision Leaders of Warrensburg and during the estimate Ben gave me two options. Option 1 was the more intense repair that was around $1300, which was $1500 less than the estimate from the first body shop. Ben then gave me option 2 which was a PDR (paintless dent repair) with the scuffs and paint transfer being buffed out. That estimate was $510. Ben advised he felt the PDR would meet my expectations. I was given the appointment for the repair and within 2 hours my car was ready. I must say the repair job is excellent. |

They had me scheduled for an appointment for the last two months but, the day prior to my scheduled appointment they called me and informed me there would be a minimum one- two week delay on even beginning repairs on my car due to a high volume of tow-ins (non appointments). They also stated that if they were to continue getting tow-ins that it would delay my repairs even more. I'm no genius but, last I checked having a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT means you have a reserved slot and are given priority over tow-ins, which to my gathering are the equivalent of a walk in appointment/ totaled vehicles from an accident without an appointment that were dropped on the lot. So this begs the question, what is the point of scheduling customers for an appointment if they are going to be kicked to the back of the line anyway? When I asked how that made any logical sense I was repeatedly told " We apologize for the frustration" but was never given any real justification. I have an insurance claim with an approved estimate through my insurance that I provided upon initially scheduling my appointment. The repairs were estimated to take 3-5 days. I've heard they do pleasing work but, I was very disappointed with the result of the situation to say the least. |

He also told us the bumper was a used part and basically said that's the best we can do. I can’t say I would recommend them for anything that deals with repainting. The front bumper has horrible orange peel and is not smooth to touch like the rest of the car. Very disappointed with their service. |

Three days and my car is better than it was before my accident, unbelievable! If anyone has had to rent a car you know that it can be pricey depending on your insurance and coverage. I spent less than $20 for my total rental and I am forever grateful for the attentiveness, inclusion and respect of Warrensburg Collision. As soon as you walk in you can feel that they are on your side. They want you to know that you are going to be taken care of and they are in your corner. Follow-up to previous review: last month our Explore went back for the missed repairs. Prior to returning for the additional repairs a trip was made in it down south. Previous work was for both right side passenger doors. The cabin was sound free besides the radio and no road noise or leaks noticed aronnd the door seals; snug fit. The staff was Professional and friendly and my better half believes car is like new and proud to own it.
