I only chose Collision Leaders because it was the closest shop from my residence. I had set an appointment for work, and in the interim the vehicle developed a leak in the gas line. I brought it in and told them, and I should wait & have the leak corrected first. They even put it on the rack and gave me a recommendation to a good place that does good work & fair pricing (Diems Tires and Auto Repair). I have just returned after Collision Leaders completed my body work which was considerably less than their estimate. All of the employees (three men including Benjamin) were very friendly and professional, and Kimberly was outstanding, professional, friendly, and worked with me on schedule changes. I will when needed, use this business, and highly recommend their services.They are the best. |

They transported the vehicle for me and it was completed 3 days ahead of time. Lacey was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. When I picked up the vehicle, their detailer helped me get to Enterprise to swap vehicles and he was very friendly. I would 100% recommend the Sedalia and Marshall shops to everyone. Kindness goes a long way and it didn't go unnoticed with me! |
