They were very helpful in explaining all of the damage and how the decision to Total it was made. They also gave me plenty of time to go through my car and get all of my belongings. They stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process. I was very pleased with how fast they got the car, did the estimate, and got back to me with the conclusion. I did not end up getting repairs done here because it was a total loss, but I highly recommend this place specifically because of the customer service and the timing. |

| Paul Price | 1.0 | The job was quoted as all new door hinges on driver's door paid for the parts in advance by 3 months when the truck got to the shop it took 3 weeks to only change half the hinges note the picture one red one black door side being red post side being black on both hinges should have been four hinge halves that's what I paid for in parts ahead of time when I got the truck back fender braces were left loose windshield washer fluid left unhooked so now does not work and leaks out all this for the low low price of 20% higher than the 1200 I was quoted and never got my money back on the parts I paid for in advance |

The wait after drop the car off was the worst part. But remember, a lot of parts are coming from a supplier from a different country or pretty far away state side. So be patient. I was very pleased with the communication during the process. Pick up was also good. They had saw a little bit they missed and took the time to fix it properly. They also did did some touch ups on my bumper because it had so many rock chips in it. I was very impressed with that. If I ever need anything, I will go back to collision leaders of Clinton. |
