| Garrett Leavell |  5.0 | If I could give Bryon Dilley 10 stars, I absolutely would. These last few weeks have been extremely rough on my family, and part of that was my car breaking down. I left work and got to my car, and it wouldn't start.
Even though we were his last tow of the day, Bryon took the time to look at the car and figure out what was going on with it, to try and save us some trouble and repair costs. He was patient, and even let us use his gas can, just in case the angle of the car had anything to do with my car not starting. I was beyond impressed with everything he did before he even hooked the car up. Genuinely a customer-oriented driver.
We also had the privilege of Bryon being our tow driver to get a second opinion, and he stood up for us when the dealership was being difficult despite open communication. If Bryon is towing your car, I guarantee it's in excellent hands! |

I’m amazed they even figured out how to turn the key. Although, nothing was fixed so maybe they didn’t. I’ve paid all the money necessary and they’ve been continuously working on my car for 7 months and there’s 3-4 things they haven’t fixed that I’ve asked them many times to fix. They just say, “that’s the best it’s gonna get” then repeatedly roll my car out the door with the same parts hanging off. I was even told once that some brackets just hold on better than others. I had to urge to get the other ones ordered as opposed to them just getting a bracket that hangs on well in the first place. It’s a horrible establishment with horrible customer service. Ken Smith Autobody just got a new customer for life. I’d give them zero stars if I could. |

They have been extremely great to me. My truck has given me LOTS of issues, and they are always so understanding & willing to jump in, helping me solve the issue and fix it.
I have been towed by them AT LEAST 7 times now. Whether it was back to their shop, or somewhere else. Every time they have been respectful.
One time we thought it was just the thermostat, but ended up being the whole radiator… they came and picked me up off the side of the road when it overheated again, (on them) and fixed the issue for me. They have always been fast about getting me in and out!! They have done little jobs from routinely changing my oil, to big jobs like the radiator. The desk ladies are so nice, and Ricky is a great mechanic! I will continue going to them, and I am very grateful for their kindness & honesty. |

Dennis was professional, sympathetic, he went above and beyond his job description. The driver sent a couple days later (after we found the repair was beyond our equipment) to tow it to Kruse Automotive, was just as nice and competent. They were a shining light in a very stressful time of being stranded during a family vacation. I would use and recommend their service again and again!!! |

I’ve parked there multiple times. When I get a ride to go pick my car up at 6:30 he tells me that because it’s after hours instead of it being 80 dollars it is now 110. So I ask him if there was a complaint and he says “no I just know of people parking there so I was out trying to make some money” wowwww just messing with people. I feel robbed of my money and he couldn’t even provide me with a receipt. And also proceeds to tell me that the police are aware mind you I live right behind the police station and my car has NEVER been towed from this spot in the year I’ve lived here. Very rude service and at this point I feel if this business is allowing this behavior the t hey are allowing people to be robbed. This kid intentionally towed my car as a means to make money and not over a complaint and I’m still not sure what he did is legal but I’m looking in to what can be done about it. But harassing residents on non complaints and towing their cars from private property is unheard of. |

He was unharmed, but there was damage to the front driver's fender, driver's side headlight, hood was pushed preventing the driver's door from opening, grill busted a little and damage to the bumper. My son and I went in and met with Cheryl on July 19th to draw up an estimate. She was very professional! Thank you Cheryl for explaining the breakdown of what would be done. Janice, thank you for your words of wisdom for this worried Momma! I appreciated the professionalism of the staff consulting with my Mom before doing extra repairs that was above and beyond that of the original estimate. Not everyone does that. I have known of others that take it upon themselves to do repairs and stick it to the customer with sticker shock at the end...so wrong. But not Collision Repair :-) We received the truck back and you can not tell it was ever in an accident. Thank you to all who put time and effort into getting my son's truck back with him. Miss Katie, thank for the wonderful words on the phone call that took place on September 7th. This truck means alot to me. Again, thank you Collision Repair for a job well done! It was clear I was just a number from the beginning. He was dismissive and clearly didn’t care about me as a customer. I paid out of pocket, my choice of course, for the repairs at over 11k. After I left Collision Repair, a part flew off of my car. I inquired about it and what we could do to fix this problem and Dayne and his technician pointed the finger at me. Dismissed! Again, most of the team was great. Now after over a month of repairs and 11k dollars, I have to buy a trim piece that I have never had an issue with all because Dayne and his technician couldn’t be bothered or wouldn’t take accountability. |

Backstory, my son was in a car accident and the car was towed to their location. After approximately 5 weeks of work and repairs, we arrived to pick up the vehicle. We immediately noticed a large crack in the windshield, that wasn't there prior to his accident and wasnt claimed on the numerous insurance claims by Collision Repair. Marcus, a repair specialist, stated "he noticed the crack earlier when he pulled the car around". After a very heated argument Marcus also stated "it's my word against yours and we're not replacing the windshield. We've already placed all claims with your insurance company". Mind you, the vehicle wasn't in my possession during this incident and Collision Repair feels no obligation to repair a windshield that was clearly damaged while in their care. Do yourself a favor and never use this company! |

UPDATE:: Dale the owner calls me. Instead of talking to me and finding out my side of the story. I was told to take down my post or he is not going to fix my car. I have used Collision Repair for years. This is the worst i have ever dealt with. They have no idea what is wrong with my car even after having it for days. NO ONE called me to say hey I am sorry but it's going to be longer than expected. Nothing. Make a post and now they don't want to even look at my car they have had for 2 days. I have known the Eaton's for years. Apparently that means nothing. I understand they are short staffed like everywhere else but common courtesy just went right out the window.
I had my car towed through AAA. The tow truck driver was friendly and prompt. Gave me high hopes. They said they would call me. I called at 4:45 friday afternoon. They said they would get me in first thing Monday morning. That didn't happen. I called Monday at 10am. They still hadn't gotten to my car. 1pm Monday. I called and they aren't sure what is wrong with my engine and THEY BROKE MY WINDOW. On top of whatever the engine is going to cost now I have to add $300. NEVER AGAIN!! No more Collision Repair for me!! Btw...still no car!! |

I recently used Collision Repair Specialists with our StateFarm insurance claim after an accident.
I never had to call for any updates or information. I received updates about every 2-3 days during the repair process. The staff is very friendly and professional. I knew exactly what was being completed, and what I needed to do during and after the repairs were completed .The repairs to our car was great! An insurance claim can be stressful, this company made it easy- simple as that! Highly recommended.

You can't complain about fries at Arbys! The specialty is spiced Curly Fries. I highly recommend them. Sometimes they have Loaded Curly Fries wit melted cheese and bacon on them. It's good but unesessarry if you ask me. Come and try something; summer salad and wraps are here and jazz up the menu with mouthwatering choices. Their pop is usually ok. |

I had worked with Rex to get a bid for getting work done on my Truck, got cost and said let’s do it. Rex came back later apologized but said the Shop Manager said they could not do my truck would take to much time as I understood it. Suggested calling back in a few Months. So, I did call back a few months later and asked Rex if now was a good time. Rex was going to speak with shop manager and get back to me. It’s been 3 weeks and still have not heard back.
As a previous business owner for 8 years I can say, not good business. I can only hope this review wakes up someone and customer service comes back. |

I was looking to purchase a car from a large car dealership is St Joseph but it had some slight body damage. I asked the dealership why the body damage had not been fixed and they said that they took care of it by touching it up with paint. Things did not add up, so after the test drive I liked the car but I wanted to get an estimate on how much it would cost to repair. I was shocked to find out the estimate was over $3200.00. I was showed that there was damage on entire right side of the car and that the rear door needed replaced. The estimator showed me how they tried to fix the door inexpensively. This dealership was trying to find someone that would not do their research and get a huge shock. Thanks Collision Repair Specialist for your help. I took it back because it was still out of alignment and arrived 15 minutes before my appointment. I asked how long and no one could give me an answer. Full review; From first contact they were unprofessional and inattentive. My wife's car was side swiped while it was parked on the street overnight in front of our house. She had a place in mind she wanted to take it that she had had good experiences with before but after contacting progressive they recommended going with this place because it was on their list and would be an easier process insurance wise. She contacts them and we get everything worked out and we go in together to drop it off and they what they end up telling us is completely off from what they had initially told her. We decide we'll just try again another day because we were on our way somewhere and had just planned on dropping her car off and taking mine to our plans. Every time we dealt with them in person either the desk attendants were eating on their lunch breaks, or talking amongst themselves, ignoring their waiting customers which is very rude and unprofessional. Every time we called they had a friendly greeting but ended up giving us the run around saying the insurance company or the rental company gave us the wrong info and vice versa. On top of all this, the reason I went in with her the first couple times in the first place was to sign paperwork so she wouldn't have to come back in for anything since she would be at work during their hours. She ended up still having to come in and sign for the parts, because they 'showed up in her name'... What was even the point of having me sign the paperwork.
All of the bad customer service, I can usually deal with but my next complaint was the thing that REALLY got me irritated. When I saw the vehicle for the first time after the car got brought home, I was just getting home from work and it was dark. I quickly glanced over the repair and to my eyes it looked just fine. The thing that was off to me was it looked like they had attempted to 'detail' the car but did a really shoddy job. The first thing I noticed (in the dark) was the splotchy and still wet tire shine. I asked my wife if they had done something like wash the car and she said yes which I wasn't expecting. Had I known they were going to, I would have requested they not. A week or so later, I was riding in her car and saw it for the first time up close under lights. I was furious to find the whole car covered in swirls and scratches. The car never goes through car washes and is always had washed by me. I had just hand compounded and sealed the car before winter and there were only a few micro scratches here and there. The paint was in excellent condition before their services. You can even see one spot (pictured) where it looks like someone tried to dry rub a spot off the paint, rubbing grit into the clear coat and leaving tons of back and forth scratches. The glass was also very hazy, even after cleaning inside and out, like they cleaned it with a dirty rag and muddy water. Now I'm going to have to paint correct the vehicle to remove the scratches and swirls and clay the glass.
The only reason they get 2 stars is because the repair itself was fine... They get 1 star in every other aspect.
I just don't understand how a business that specializes is body work can let a vehicle leave their shop in worse condition than it came in. |

But this place is for sure a scam I know they figured that they could jack the bill high thinking I wouldn’t pay it so they could keep my machine but that didn’t work for them . |

Got our car quoted here for localized damage to the right portion of our bumper. The parts would cost $500 but they quoted us $1300 for labor so $1,800. They claimed they would have to completely remove the side panel and roof panel to replace our bumper and that it would take 4 days. They were also rough with the damaged section while exploring to quote, ripping the bumper off more so that it grinded against the tire which it was not doing when we brought it in.
We took our car to Ken Smith Auto body for the same damage and they quoted us $917 total for parts and labor. Said they absolutely did not have to remove any panels and it would take only 1 day to repair. |

They tried to justify the charges by saying the car was parked inside over the weekend, which was not true. The only thing they were asked to do was cover where the door was damaged to keep any weather out over the weekend. They didn't even do a good job of that. I don't recommend this business. They should be ashamed to be so greedy and take advantage of people and insurance companies the way the do. |

Collision Repair Specialists or "Collision Despair" (the nickname many know them by ) accepted the tow and I received an ETA text from Allstate. After hearing of others past experiences with this company back when I worked in St. Joseph, I started to ask for a Nother provider. I then thought to myself maybe all of the stories I heard we're not true. 30 minutes after the ETA time I called Collision Despair for an update. The lady who answered said she would call Jimmy the driver and have him call me. I waited 25 minutes for that call before calling Allstate back. Allstate advised me that Collision Despair, after all this time has passed, decided to decline the tow as it was too far for them. As previously stated my contract provides for a tow up to 50 miles the location I was requesting to be towed to 31 miles away. After waiting another hour plus Allstate finally found All City Tow in St. Joseph to take care of my tow. Apparently All City is more concerned with taking care of customers then getting their face plastered all over billboards and trucks. If you ever need a tow in that area please call All City Tow, or have your time wasted by Collision Despair Specialists and their merry band of flunkies. |
