*I just got a sub system installed in my car and they got into the interior and they DID A HORRIBLE JOB. Zip ties in the engine bay, zip ties holding parts on, didn’t replace a door that had a SCREW through it, and patched the hole with bondo and painted over it, the dust cover in my door is completely ripped apart and taped to the other side of the door with PAINTERS TAPE, not even covering the door anymore. attached are photos of the inside of my door. stay far away from this place. the laziest cheapest job I have ever seen. |

Prime would not provide updates, without me asking. After about 4 weeks in the shop, I received my car back. A part inside was still broken therefore I called to notify them. They told me a replacement would be ordered. Week after week 4 to be exact I finally got a straight answer, and on the 5th week of having my “fixed car” it again went back for another part. 6 weeks after they gave my car back, it is finally done. The entire job took 10 weeks, with the company not communicating with me at all. The only reason it was fixed was because my insurance agent contacted the owner. I can understand delays, but the no communication, and telling me multiple times they would order the right part without doing so, and no updates, is just poor business if they want return customers. |

It was a little scary to go into a collision repair with self-pay, but it was all-around great experience. Cory and Neveah were very patient and kind and would check on the car themselves and give specific updates on what was being done. Will and the rest of the repair team were very kind and trustworthy. I walked out with a repair cost almost $600 below the estimate!
While I hope that I never need collision repair again, Prime Body and Paint in Crawfordsville would be my first choice. |
