| Cat |  2.0 | If they were as concerned with having proper technicians and getting insurance correct as they were with getting 5 star reviews, then maybe I wouldn't have had to pay for a brand new $1000 windshield out of pocket. They said my windshield was not Eyesight compatible and they couldn't calibrate my Eyesight without replacing the windshield, which they would of course make me pay for. They replaced the windshield, and shockingly, the guy still couldn't calibrate the Eyesight. The guy wasn't going to be able to calibrate it no matter what. He had to phone a friend to get it to work. Don't bring your Subaru here, you'll get ripped off by technicians who don't know how to work on them!! |
