| Derek Clawson |  2.0 | I don't generally leave reviews unless I am very satisfied or very dissatisfied: I would bring your vehicles here with caution. A deer struck the side of my car in 2024 and it was brought to this shop. I am still, many months later, finding issues with the quality of work as well as more damage that was not repaired. Everything from a damaged windshield wiper reservoir, to paint work, to the insert in my hood scoop and more. The most recent was the windshield wiper fluid reservoir that conveniently sits directly behind the portion of the fender that received the most damage.
I have also been to 3 shops (one of which is an authorized dealer) and all verified that the issues I have been experiencing with my brakes, are in fact linked to this very incident, even though the shop assured me that it was unrelated. Again, this is probably the 5th review I have ever taken the time to post, so I hope the level of my dissatisfaction is evident.
On a positive note, the front desk staff were very friendly! |

| Charles Khulenberg | 5.0 | Took vehicle in for a door ding that chipped paint. Had other repair shops turn me away for the paint on my vehicle 46v hard code to match. Prime said they could do it. First go round the metal flake did not lay well you could only see it when the sunlight hit it directly, then it became apparent. I contacted them about my concerns brought the vehicle back where the GM and techs looked over my concerns. They took care of what I had seen and went in for another crack at it and nailed it. I will be doing future repairs from Prime. Paint matching can be difficult so don't be to quick to judge. They had no problems or hesitation on any of my concerns and fixed them flawlessly. They really mean anything less than a 10 is a failure on the grade sheet. Great Job PRIME !!!!! Thank you for you and your teams talents. I wish you much success and although I do not look forward to doing future business with you all if that need arises I will have no hesitation. Great Job Prime !! |

I pulled my vehicle from the other shop, and took it to Prime. I explained my situation to them, and how time sensitive the repair would be for me, as I am self-employed, and this is my sole company vehicle. They explained the process thoroughly, set a plan into action, and had my vehicle repaired in no time. The professionalism, timeliness, and communication were excellent! They included pieces that were not involved and completely fine (like my other headlight) and even circled a "scratch" that was literally just a smudge of dirt. They also included working parts that are still on my car. Their estimate made my barely damaged car get "totaled." I took it somewhere else and my estimate was THOUSANDS cheaper. Then they tried to tell me I couldn't pick up my car..until I threatened to call the police. The woman on the phone said, "we'll see" and hung up on me. I was able to get my car, but regret ever visiting this place. They're literally trying to scam their customers. DO NOT COME HERE. |

From afar my car looks great but there are multiple small spots where attention to detail didn’t happen.. spots where you can see the bare metal body, the paint wasn’t done correctly, a scratch on the passenger quarter glass, the back passenger door has two scratches - one is a reddish brown and the other is like a scratch in the top coat, another scratch on the passenger front door. Their customer service was great but when it came down to detail they failed. Disappointing because I’ve heard great things about them. Unfortunately their attention to detail wasn’t met. |
