For a vehicle I should have just KEPT AT HOME!!! If at all possible, ALWAYS drive your vehicle HOME for insurance adjuster to come to YOUR HOUSE!!!! Especially with vehicles and ensuring they’re safe, efficient, and maintained, it takes someone to help educate us and show us so we feel comfortable in the driver’s seat.
And now having two little children, I sense that responsibility ever more.
And Trevor, and really everyone at Riley & Sons in Anderson (shout-out to Penny too!), are always giving us the top-notch care for our Jeep. Our Wrangler has had some issues (well, many, because if you’re a Jeep person, you know), and Trevor has been patient and positive in helping us better understand the quality and care it requires to maintain this vehicle. Unfortunately being in an accident, they had to completely rework the bottom of our Jeep. They gave us almost-daily updates, helped us with the rental process, and just had an overall genuine concern for our well-being. Going beyond the vehicle itself, there are people who live and breathe service, and they aren’t satisfied with just growing business, but they are invested in the lives they touch. Trevor is a caring and positive example that helps drive these principles home.
We are so thankful and appreciative to get our Jeep back on the road again time and time again with your caring hands.

I feel like I was expected to leave my vehicle and take a chance that Enterprise had a car ready for me. I have a large family and kids in car seats I needed a vehicle that sat 6 people with 2 in car seats. During my check in process several employees were complaining how Enterprises was messing up all day and and sharing their frustration with one another. I was not going to leave a vehicle to take one that would not fit my family. I would have simply rescheduled until I could get one. The lady that worked the front desk was difficult and kept saying you’ll need to talk with them. It wasn’t till a manager came out because I was just going to leave that she called. I had to wait almost an hour because they didn’t have one but waiting on one to get an oil change. She then continued to make comments under her breath the entire time I was waiting for Enterprise. The repairs seem to be fine but the paint job is subpar at best. They did not blend the paint in. It’s definitely noticeable where the new paint is. Honestly it’s not the end of the world but they request reviews so here it is. |

| Dustin Fuller | 1.0 | Let me start off by saying I rarely write review, especially negative ones because I've worked in customer service my entire life and I know the negative impact that it can have. However, they keep asking for my feedback so here it goes.
We have taken 4 cars to this location and while probably not a ton of money we have spent (through insurance) roughly +$20k with Riley & Sons. The previous 2 cars, a 2007 Rav4 and a 2008 Lexus 400h the communication wasn't great and there were some issues, but will still came back because they did decent work on both of those vehicles.
On April 15th my wife was driving through Ingalls when her car (2022 Rav4) was stuck by a rock that came from a town employee's mower. We decided to take the car to Riley & Sons for the repair. The majority of the damage was done to the trim piece and the door panel was dented underneath on the passenger side (pic attached).
We dropped the car off the next week for an estimate which was approved and repairs were made. We received the car back on May 3rd and everything seemed fine. A month goes by and we notice an issue with the paint on the trim piece. My wife takes it back on June 4th and they agree to fix it, but would need to be schedule on another day.
During this time my truck (2022 F-150) was backed into and when the other drivers insurance company asked who would be making the repairs I reluctantly said Riley & Sons. They did the estimate on June 14th and it was approved by the owners insurance for the repairs ($2,122.20).
On June 17th my wife takes her car in for repair and gets it back the same day with the trim piece fixed but now there are pin holes in the door paint (pic attached). They suggest using touch up paint to cover the holes... Completely unacceptable. So they had to schedule another date to bring the car in for repairs.
We drop my wife's car off on June 24th with the expectation of maybe a day to get it back and we dropped my truck off on June 25th with the expectation of maybe a week. On June 27th, my wife's car is finally ready for pickup and upon arrival I notice black marks all over the trim piece that was the main reason for bring it back on June 4th. I also notice that the bottom panel of the door is rough, like it has overspray on it. Every other panel is smooth but this one. I point all this out to Leesha and she takes it back in to be looked at. After 10-15 minutes they bring it back out with the black marks removed from the trim, but she says there is nothing they can do about the rough surface of the paint on the lower part of the door.
Honestly, we were so tired of dealing with them at this point that I just accepted it with the overspray. Leesha gave us a $25.00 gift card for our troubles which was comical at this point.
During this same week they called and said more damage was found on my F150 and they were going to have to get approval from the insurance company to get the additional repairs made. The new estimate was $4,115.21 which was almost $2,000 more than the original estimate. I finally got my truck back on July 12th, 2.5 weeks after dropping it off. (this was just a lower chrome bumper)
Through all of this on both vehicles the communication was poor at best. They rarely initiated communication, it was almost like Tuesday was their only day to communicate an update. When you call them for information Penny at the front desk had no clue what was happening with the vehicles and would have to go find Leesha for help. We called and left a VM for the GM to call us back which never happened.
In summary there are certainly better options out there for repairs from companies that take customer service seriously. If you have a need for repairs I would look elsewhere. |

The pickup date was moved back 3 times before it was finally done, one of which was done last minute.
Exterior Badges were put on upside down.
Severe Overspray on the grille.
Different grille was used without informing me(orginal part was discontinued so ordered what they could get).
Found loose fender bolts.
Hood was never realigned.
Some pinched/damaged wiring was never fixed.
Turn signal bulbs installed backwards.
Gave me a quote on non insurance related work only to call back and request more money (they didnt look at the part provided when the quote was made up).
Cleaned the interior with what smelled like vomit spray that lasted a month or so.
Aftermarket gauge in the interior quit working while there (assuming the battery was not connected correctly or just a timely coincidence?).
I dealt with two different gentleman who didnt ever really know what the other one had said concerning my vehicle, and the place seemed overly busy so that might explain that part of it. But my issues have more to do with quality and completion timeframe than anything else.
Some of the issues i pointed out immediay on pickup were noted and told to come back to fix, but with the amount of time they had my vehicle and scheduling conflicts with techs only there during the week i decided to fix the issues myself.
Once again for the average person who doesnt care much im sure the work is fine, for others who have an eye for detail, id make sure you voice your concerns up front.. |

On top of that, I’ve had to pay for a rental car out of pocket because of these delays. Although I was promised reimbursement for rental costs beyond 30 days (after insurance coverage), I’ve seen no action or seriousness from your side—nobody has even contacted me to get the necessary information to process the reimbursement.
The delays were apparently due to a sick employee, but it’s shocking that no effort was made to find other labor or prioritize the job. This is unacceptable, and I’m still waiting for the reimbursement that was promised. Please address this immediately. |

When I asked why, they said the paint takes 4 days. I called Riley and they confirmed saying they only work a few hours per day on a vehicle and the paint would take an extra 4 days. If they pushed it they could cut it to 3 days. When I complained they said they could not promise me when they would have it done (even though they promised me to have it done Thursday) but would work to get it done Friday. IF I get my vehicle back Friday I would gladly change my rating. |

Eric kept me updated on the progress and I got her back good as new! I guess there was a lot of deer ick he had to clean out of there. Personally, I wouldn't do it in anything less than full surgical hazmat gear. So hats off to the guys who had to do that! She was all cleaned up, smelled good, and drives as good as before. | Baylee Farmer | 1.0 | Unprofessional customer service. I called to get an estimate to get my car fixed. The lady I talked to told me I needed to just drop it off to get it fixed instead. I explained to her that I filed a claim and I am going around getting estimates to accurately get a timeframe for when I can get my car repaired. She rudely kept on trying to tell me I needed to just drop it off to get fixed. It’s my car and I can take it to whoever I want to get it fixed. She refused to schedule me a date and time to get an estimate. She told me, “I just don’t understand why you want an estimate done so you just need to bring it here an drop it off.” Like I didn’t just tell her four or more times. I won’t be taking my car here to get it repaired since they had rude customer and didn’t want to give me a quote.
(My wife has taken her car here before to get it fixed. Once she got her car back after it being fixed, her horn didn’t work. So she took it back to get it fixed, when she went to pick it up the next day they told her nothing was wrong with it. For what reason they needed to lie about that I don’t know.)
Wouldn’t recommend taking my car here. |

I brought my car into Reilly and Sons and they looked at the damage and ordered my parts. Once the parts arrived they called. A rental car was there waiting for me. The communications was great not only with ordering of parts, but also scheduling, rental car, calling me when the car was almost done, and calling me when it was completed and how much I owed after insurance. Ladies at the front desk were nice and pleasant and extremely helpful. I highly recommend them. Oh and bonus…. They completely detailed the inside of my car. It was beautiful when I got it back! I never had a car place do that before! I am one happy customer! |
