| Dan Johnson | 1.0 | REALLY ZERO(0) STARS!!!! MY WORST DECISION!!!!! Post accident I drove my vehicle to Riley & Sons in Anderson, IN!!!! I will NEVER EVER MAKE THAT DECISON AGAIN!!! They DID NOT INFORM ME before getting just a "repair estimate", that they would not give my vehicle back to me if declared a total loss as I would have JUST DROVE HOME! Multiple times, they refused releasing MY VEHICLE TO ME with title in hand for a second opinion! They did so hiding behind so called "corporate policies and storage fees!" For a vehicle I should have just KEPT AT HOME!!! If at all possible, ALWAYS drive your vehicle HOME for insurance adjuster to come to YOUR HOUSE!!!! I ADVISE YOU TO NEVER, ABSOLUTELY NEVER EVER NEVER!!!! NEVER EVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO RILEY & SONS!!!!!!
