They DID NOT INFORM ME before getting just a "repair estimate", that they would not give my vehicle back to me if declared a total loss as I would have JUST DROVE HOME! Multiple times, they refused releasing MY VEHICLE TO ME with title in hand for a second opinion! They did so hiding behind so called "corporate policies and storage fees!" For a vehicle I should have just KEPT AT HOME!!! If at all possible, ALWAYS drive your vehicle HOME for insurance adjuster to come to YOUR HOUSE!!!! I ADVISE YOU TO NEVER, ABSOLUTELY NEVER EVER NEVER!!!! NEVER EVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO RILEY & SONS!!!!!! They are not honest to thier customers up front as all they care about is just making the almighty dollar!$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ Please LEARN from my example!!!!!! |

Especially with vehicles and ensuring they’re safe, efficient, and maintained, it takes someone to help educate us and show us so we feel comfortable in the driver’s seat.
And now having two little children, I sense that responsibility ever more.
And Trevor, and really everyone at Riley & Sons in Anderson (shout-out to Penny too!), are always giving us the top-notch care for our Jeep. Our Wrangler has had some issues (well, many, because if you’re a Jeep person, you know), and Trevor has been patient and positive in helping us better understand the quality and care it requires to maintain this vehicle. Unfortunately being in an accident, they had to completely rework the bottom of our Jeep. They gave us almost-daily updates, helped us with the rental process, and just had an overall genuine concern for our well-being. Going beyond the vehicle itself, there are people who live and breathe service, and they aren’t satisfied with just growing business, but they are invested in the lives they touch. Trevor is a caring and positive example that helps drive these principles home.
We are so thankful and appreciative to get our Jeep back on the road again time and time again with your caring hands.
We highly recommend Riley & Sons for maintenance, completely fixing and repairing, and educating customers with what needs to be done to ensure your comfort on the road.

Never looked at my car since the first day I brought it to them. Again 13 days for nothing. Dicked me around. Had to make contact about my vehicle. Was super disappointed on professionalism with head mechanic. I brought them business and to do a customer like that was sad. Never again will they require business from me again. |

After almost two months of waiting for the repairs to be completed, State farm maxed my rental policy at $1500 and Riley and sons would only covered 3 days of the rental so I was left paying $400 for delays that were out of my control.
