I didnt want to use my car insurance because I literally had just filed a claim and I knew my rates would skyrocket. I was able to use their financing which was a huge savings to my savings account. They literally made the entire process from start to finish incredibly easy. I work three jobs so I dont have much time during normal business hours to talk on the phone and they texted me or emailed me and it was the most amazing process. I would recommend them to every single person I know. So incredibly kind and helpful from the very start to the absolute finish. |

I asked if they could work within my schedule, and they were very accommodating. Jennifer was my main contact and she was proactively communicative, reaching out every step of the way for updates. They completed the work in a timely manner, and they were professional and courteous to me as well as others that I saw them interact with while I was there. As to the work they did, there is no way to tell that another driver hit the front end of my vehicle and did damage. It's like it never happened! |
| Matt McLaughlin | 5.0 | My wife's accident happened in fall 2016. Her Honda Odyssey was damaged in the front by a protruding trailer hitch. It damaged the bumper, grill, radiator, and condenser. I was fixed by what was then Rusty Low's Collision Center. In 2018, the radiator was leaking. In looking at it I found it was leaking next to the bracket that holds the condenser. I seems to me that the bracket was bent and should have been replaced during the initial repair. The rubbing on the bracket led to the radiator failure. I'd heard that Rusty had sold to Riley and Sons. I also knew it had been over a year since the repair was done. Both of these concerned me as I believed they were "easy outs" and I would probably have to do the repair myself. I contacted the Greenfield office and spoke with Brian, the location manager. I didn't have to force the issue. He immediately told me if it wasn't fixed right we'll make it right. It was very refreshing to hear. A business that stands behind their work. It's not something you find or hear of much in today's world. I brought the car up to them and Brian agreed with my assessment. The car was fixed and picked up in a few days. Can't say how much I value true customer service. |
