Matthew Hargrave1.0 stars1.0Kept pushing the finish date back claiming it was iut of paint an needs to go on the frame machine when there was no need for it it was just an excuse to get more time on it they went 8 days without contacting me or insurance with what was goin on with it because the rental was due back they were 15 days past the first initial time they said they would have it an still haven’t go the car back have to Pay for my own rental because they would only cover 3 day even tho they were over 2 weeks behind the schedule they said it would be done by would not recommend ever using this body shop if you want it don’t in a timely manner an the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced if I could give them a negative star rating I would

Vehicle finished within a day or two of anticipated completion date - even with A LOT of hidden damages. The Enterprise rental office next door was very convenient for long term replacement rental. Excellent experience!

There is a car rental right there which makes it very convenient. The car rental employee is just a super great person. I hope he never quits. The parking is limited here.

She's good following up and giving the costumer attention. The front desk employees are not capable to keep the business... there's no interest on satisfy a costumer.

Lots of damage, Riley's did a great job, looked like the day I picked it up new from the dealer. Didn't find anything that wasn't right upon close inspection. We use them when ever we need body work done.

scott neal1.0 stars1.0After picking the car up the bodywork they did was fine. They basically replaced a bottom bumper piece. But my remote start and door locks would not work. Called into the shop on April 18 the receptionist was a little rude, the tech wouldn’t even go out and look at the car. And the manager said she would get back with the company that worked on the radar or get me in contact with the dealership to take care of it. I have not heard anything from them since. I don’t think I would recommend them doing any sort of electrical work. Overall not a real good experience, will let the dealership take care of stuff next time.

Chris R. F.1.0 stars1.0DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Took my car in for collision repair. When I picked up my car, there was a massive crack across half of my windshield. I and the manager documented the damage and she said she would get back to me, she never did. I called and they claimed the damage was already there. It wasnt. They then moved to the idea that it most likely started from a chip, which is probably true, but there is 0 evidence the chip was there when I dropped it off. Talked to the regional manager and he said he would reach out to the shop manager for her to get back with me on Monday. Its Thursday, and yet again the shop manager is failing to reach out. Simply put, they damaged my car and, so far, refuse to own up to that make it right and fix THEIR damage. They really advertise guaranteed great customer service, but that clearly is just for their cute posters in the shop. Cant believe how much resistance they are giving me to fix a simple issue. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Told me 4 months before they could fix my car, no problem I told her I would check around. And she tells me as I'm walking out good luck finding someone to fix your car! Very rude, would not go here
William Goodwin1.0 stars1.0As of today my wife's car has been at Riley and Sons here in New Castle for 5 weeks. The first two weeks it just sat there with no one looking at it. So now that my rental coverage has expired last Wednesday they don't seem to care that they took to long. They tried to tell me it's because of my insurance but I have been in the industry, I expected this to take 3 weeks which it has from the time they actually looked at it. I had to argue that that's not my fault they couldn't just reschedule when they had time so they would cover the rental, however so far they have only coverd 3 of the 5 days. Some may say I should count myself lucky they did anything but their schedule conflicts are why I'm in this situation anyway. I will not be going back and I would encourage others to go else where. I have also asked to speak to their district manager as this person was the first person the kind lady at the desk said she would talk to and I have been met with silence.

Thankfully Riley & Sons did not give up and they were able to locate not only the correct part but in the right color (avoiding a paint job). It was a lot cheaper than we anticipated and the car was washed and shined up when we picked it up. Thanks to their amazing service and perseverance my son has his car back and looking sharp.

I was wrong. I carefully inspected everything and could not find a single flaw. Car was also cleaned, inside and out. Finished earlier than estimated as well. These people really know their stuff. I paid the bill, got in and rolled the window down and it pulled the trim out of the frame. I opened the passenger door and the trim around the outside fell into the car. I drove the car and noticed the cruise control did not work. I returned the car to be fixed and after two more months they finally sent my car to the dealership to be repaired. When they finally returned the car after 4 months of waiting they wanted over 100 more dollars for a "tow bill." I will never use this shop again. I was lied to and put off whenever I called to ask about the car. It was the most unprofessional experience with a auto shop of any kind I have ever had.

Not only that they buffed out some other spots on the car and repaired a dent on the back bumper that had nothing to do with the wreck. They went above and beyond on this repair. We are very grateful for the work they did. Highly recommended. Thanks for your great work.
