They were very accommodating with my schedule. They kept me updated on the progress of the repairs & had them complete a week earlier than their estimated time! They even helped me get my rental car returned so I didn't "need a ride" I drove the rental to Riley's & they made the arrangements to have it picked up. The work & repairs they made were excellent. I thought for sure it would be an expensive trip to the dealership. Riley & Sons is in my neighborhood so I stopped in for giggles. The manager, Rick, and his tech, Joe, found the problem and fixed it quickly and without charge! I promised them cookies for their kindness. I came back with a minor trim problem today. Rick had to fuss with the aftermarket part I'd bought for a few minutes, in the hot sun, but he saved me another potential fee elsewhere. The staff is enjoying chocolate chip cookies right now!
Rick and his team are dedicated to providing fair, efficient, and quality service. I highly recommend and would definitely return should I ever need autobody repair. I'm ever so grateful! Thanks again, Rick & Joe! |
